Anonymous asked: While the main Marvel Universe would not be number 616 anymore, wouldn't the people (in the Marvel Universe) who don't know what's going on with Reed and co. still call it that? Presumably Roma and the Captain Britain Corps, and the Spider-Verse people and whatever version(s) of the Exiles that might come back would call it something else, but wouldn't others who knew of it as 616 still call it that? (I'm reminded of that scene years ago from DC when Ultraman was annoyed that Earth-3 wasn't 1.)
Who in the Marvel Universe ever called it 616? Pretty much nobody–it was all down to locator captions and Handbook entries. None of the characters will miss it.
